To make your appointment efficient and beneficial:

• Please bring a copy of your referral or make sure my reception staff have received a copy;

• Bring a copy of all test results including a printed copy of X-rays and other imaging, not just the report;

• Wear clothing that can be pulled above the elbow for hand consults;

• Avoid wearing makeup if coming for a facial skin lesion;

• Bring a list of your current medications and medical history.

• Please note, my reception staff can tell you if I can access your imaging online. Digital copies (CDs and USB drives) are inefficient as they are difficult to access. Generally, I like to see the images as well as the report.
